I just had the fortunate opportunity to drive a 991 Turbo. All I can say is that you better have your eyes open when you commit to pressing the throttle. Shockingly quick. I only had the balls to go full throttle once in third gear.

Haha I remember my first time driving a turbo Porsche..except it was a 4s. Very quick cars, and loads of fun

This wasn't my first turbo, just my first 991. I drove a 997 turbo cab a few months back. The sensation of speed was very different.

We live in a golden age. You'd think we wouldn't still be surprised with all of the hot steel.
Wrong.
I love the learning curve where a shocking car like that eventually becomes more comfortable. No wonder we keep pushing the envelope.
